Swiss Web3 Venture Capital and Market Maker DWF Labs launches


DWF Laboratoriesa global Web3 Venture Capital and Market Maker headquartered in Switzerland, has officially launched.

Led by Andrei Grachev, Managing Partner, DWF Labs provides market making, secondary market investing, seed investing and over-the-counter (OTC) trading for Web3 companies, as well as list of tokens and advice.

In market making, DWF Labs trades over 800 trading pairs daily and its trading algorithms are supported on over 40 exchanges worldwide. The tokens it manages can therefore be listed to cover 99% of the volume traded in crypto. DWF Labs does not charge onboarding fees, monthly fees, trading fees, cross market making fees or additional market making fees. DFW Labs collaborates with notable exchanges such as Binance, FTX, ByBit, KuCoin, OKX, Gate,, Huobi, etc.

As an active investor in secondary markets and liquid coins, the company invests in digital asset companies and supports existing markets, allowing digital asset companies to sell their tokens for initial capital without negative impact on the costs. DWF Labs buys tokens with its own funds, allowing its client companies to quickly sell tokens. In the past few weeks alone, it has invested over US$20 million in client tokens.

To date, DWF Labs has also secured more than 30 venture capital deals with Web3 companies through token investments, the largest deal valued at $4.5 million.

In addition to market making and OTC trading services, DWF Labs also offers advisory services, cybersecurity, token audit process, debt funding, and connections with their many partners across different verticals.
